Does the library have wi-fi for patrons and guests?
Answer
Wireless Access is available for UMSL faculty, staff, students, and guests of the university.
Full instructions for all users can be found on the ITS Networking site - use the link below.
UMSL also participates in the eduroam network. Sometimes connecting to eduroam works when users have difficulty connecting to TritonNet.
While using a VPN is often a good idea, please note that Campus IT may block some VPN access on campus networks. If you are having problems accessing wifi, try temporarily disabling your VPN. If you use a VPN, you may be asked to log in to use university resources.
For assistance with wireless connectivity issues, please contact the Technology Support Center at the link below, (314) 516-6034, or helpdesk@umsl.edu.
